• Our primary shipping provider is Purolator. We may use alternate shipping/freight companies depending on circumstances. We ship Standard/Ground.
• We can also use your own preferred shipping company/account. Let us know these details in the special comments when completing your order.

• If we have stock of the item you have ordered, we strive to have all shipments completed by end of day (4:30 pm Pacific Time) Monday thru Friday. If the part is not in stock, we must work with our vendors to source the part. Shipping times from our vendors vary depending on whether there is factory stock available or it may be a special order. In these circumstances, it may take 2 weeks or longer to procure the part. Most vendors with factory stock can provide us parts in less than 7 business days.

We do not currently ship outside Canada

• Your orders must have a subtotal of $99 or more to be eligible for free shipping to most locations in Canada
• Only order being shipped within Canada provinces are eligible.  Shipment to the Northwest Territories, Yukon and Nunavut are excluded.
• Only shipments using Standard/Ground shipping are eligible.  If you wish to have the product shipped in a different manner, we are willing to accommodate you but at the buyer’s expense.
• Oversize and heavy products that are over 66lbs are not eligible for free shipping
• Remote and rural locations do not qualify for free shipping – Contact us to request a quote on shipping to your location
• Heavy and over-sized items are excluded from this offer.  Please contact us via chat or contact form to confirm the shipping costs to your location.

• IMPORTANT NOTE: Since we do not offer live inventory, not everything listed on the site is available all the time. Please do not send your e-Transfer until we’ve emailed you to confirm that the stock is available. If there are any order adjustments that affect your total, you will need to re-send the transfer, which (depending on your bank) may incur additional fees that you are responsible for.
